Overview

All of the country's extradition cases are concentrated in a single instance — the International Legal Assistance Chamber (Internationale Rechtshulpkamer) of the Amsterdam District Court. Courts examine detention conditions in the requesting state and fair-trial guarantees in detail; where real Article 3 or 6 risks appear, refusal follows.
